The graphic design process plays a key role in communicating your company's goals and helps in providing you with a product that conveys your information to the public.
The Client
The initial consultation is to learn more about you and your company. We discuss everything from what your products and or services are, what your ultimate goal / objective is to who your competition is and what your personal preferences are in regards to the project, colors, elements etc. From this point we start the developing process.
Research
Next, we research all aspects of your company, industry, competitors, and color theory. Researching for this information helps with providing you with a design that will help stand out among your competition as well as attract attention from your clients and or potential clients.
Conceptualize
With the information we have gained through you, the client, and through our extensive research we are now ready to start conceptualizing for your designs. Various hand sketched thumbnails are produced to give the designer a starting point for when these designs become computer generated. Once the designer has these completed, he/she will then prepare computer generated proofs for the approval stage.
Approvals
With the approvals completed by the designer, this is the stage where your designs start to come to life. We then meet with you again and go over these designs and receive your input as to the direction or which concept(s) catches your eye the most. At this stage you critique the designs, mix-n-match ideas, and make changes / additions. From here we move on to the final approval.
Final Approval
After the approval process we take all of your input and apply it to the design concept(s) and prepare the final layout / design. Once this is ready a final proof is generated for your viewing. If the design is approved then we can send your design to your printer or web developer to go through its production stage, or we can produce the final product for you either with our in-house digital printing service or through one of our suppliers. |
