What do you charge for your graphic design services?
Our hourly rate is $45/hour, however, we do provide several design packages with reduced rates. |

What types of graphic design services do you provide?
The types of graphic design services, both print and web designs, include:

Where do I see my design work as it is in progress?
Design work, as it is in progress, can be viewed at a specific URL (web page address) where you may view both the draft and revised stages of the project. |

How will I receive my design project once it is done?
Upon approval of the logo or image design, you shall
have the option of receiving your images via e-mail attachments,
disk, or CD. We can send you the project in the software
file format of your choice, or as a PDF file that can be
opened on any computer. Please note: if you choose to
obtain your files on CD, a $5.00 charge will be administered. |

Do I
own the copyright of the design(s) Cre8iv Design Studio
Inc. creates for me?
All copyrights are transferred over to the client upon full payment of invoice. |

Can you do rush jobs?
We may accept rush jobs at an increase of 25% - 50% of our standard fee, determined by the schedule and complexity of the job. |

What if I decide to cancel a design job?
For design work, the client shall only be billed for the hours worked. The exception to this is a design package, whereas should in the event that you cancel the project within the design stage, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be administered. |
